 KHFC Offers KRW 139.4 Billion in Bogeumjari Loans in August

 KHFC provided KRW 139.4 billion (1,752 loans) in bogeumjari loans in August, a nine percent increase from KRW 127.8 billion (1,669 loans) in the previous month. Of this amount, KRW 60.8 billion, or 43.6%, was in the form of e-mortgage loans. Thirty-two percent of the  bogeumjari loans, a fixed-rate product, were used to refinance variable-rate mortgage loans facilitated by other financial institutions (KRW 44.64 billion, 487 loans), also showing a steady increase.
