□  KHFC Offers KRW 187.2 Billion in Bogeumjari Loans in September

 KHFC provided KRW 187.2 billion (2,415 loans) in bogeumjari loans in September, a 34.9 percent increase from August (KRW 138.8 billion won, 1,747 loans) and the highest volume supplied in the year to date. This is nearly the twice the monthly average of KRW 97.8 billion through August this year.

  The sharp rise in bogeumjari loans may be attributable to a narrowing difference (0.6%p) between the fixed rate of bogeumjari loans and floating rates offered by commercial banks and the lowering of the acquisition tax and registration tax in September, which triggered potential borrowers to apply for loans.
