KHFC Offers KRW252.2 Billion in Bogeumjari Loans in March

 KHFC provided KRW252.2 billion in bogeumjari loans in March 2007.  E-mortgage loans, offered online, accounted for KRW125.9 billion, or 49.9% of all March bogeumjari lending.

 In the first quarter of 2007, KRW771.7 billion was provided in bogeumjari loans, out of which e-mortgage loans accounted for KRW412.0 billion, or 53.4%.

 The provision of bogeumjari loans has recently dropped slightly because of a slowdown in housing transactions in response to the continued stability in house prices.
