2007 Sr. Manager/Branch Manager Customer Satisfaction Innovation Workshop Held

Resolved to practice customer satisfaction management


  From October 5 through 6, KHFC held a one-night, two-day "2007 Customer Satisfaction Innovation Workshop", in which the entire body executives and managers below the CEO took part.

 

  The workshop, which was held in KDB Academy in Misa-ri, Gyeonggi-do, included special lectures and discussions on the theme of "Customer Value-based Products, Service and Leadership" and a ceremony was held at which participants dedicated themselves to customer satisfaction-focused management.

 

  In the wake of the recent workshop, KHFC will diagnose the level of KHFC customer satisfaction. In addition, based on improvement plans generated through discussions on customer satisfaction improvement,

 

  KHFC will improve management's leadership in customer satisfaction innovation to pursue customer satisfaction-focused management that is really felt by customers.
