The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (KHFC, CEO Joo-jae Lim) announced on July 28, 2009 that its official site at www.khfc.co.kr was certified as an Excellent Website by Web Award Korea, a leading website evaluation agency in Korea.

KHFC’s official site received high marks for offering various customer-oriented services and content, including detailed information on the Bogeumjari mortgage loan, housing guarantees for individuals, housing guarantees for builders, the Jootaekyeonkeum reverse mortgage, as well as calculators to check the possible mortgage amount and a function to check status of loan application.

The evaluation also noted that each page posted a reference of the person in charge to ensure credible and accurate content, user satisfaction surveys were conducted on a regular basis, and prompt responses to user feedback were posted through KHFC’s internal Voice of Customer (VOC) system.

Conducted by Web Award Korea, the Excellent Website Certification recognizes those websites that receive an excellent grade in a number of categories including content, service, technology, marketing, and design.
