HF’s Bogeumjari Volunteer Club supports “Home Building for Love ”

- The club provides Habitat for Humanity Korea with financial support for home construction and participates in volunteer work

Officials at the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Seo Jong-dae) participated in the “Home Building for Love” volunteer activities to help build homes for low-income non-homeowners. [See attached photo]

On November 7th, the Bogeumjari Volunteer Club—consisting of HF officials—visited the home construction site of Habitat for Humanity Korea in Jinae-ri, Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. The club sponsored the construction costs for these homes; its members also rolled up their sleeves to work on roofing and exterior wall construction.

“Every year, we at HF have joined forces with Habitat for Humanity Korea to help its home-building activities,” stated one HF official. “We will stay committed to providing homes for our less privileged neighbors and improving their housing conditions.”

Since 2007, HF has sponsored Habitat for Humanity Korea—the organizer of the “Home Building for Love” initiative—and has worked together with the group for relevant activities.
