- HF MBS yields reported precisely to three decimal places

□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on the 1st that it will disclose the

issuing interest rates of its MBSs more precisely to three decimal digits from this month. It has previously

reported the rates to two decimal places.

□ This decision was made in response to the growing need to make a difference in the price of its MBSs amid

low interest rates and narrow rate spreads and to provide more precise yield information to investors.

□ This new yield disclosure policy will be implemented from this month's bidding onwards in line with HF and

its electronic bidding agency's schedule for the computing system overhaul.

□ An HF official stated, “This decision enables investors to bid on our MBS issuance using more precise rate

information, thus helping attract more investment.“

□ Long-term yield rates have been reported to three decimal places since June 2013, while the yield rates of

MBSs and other bonds have also been disclosed to three decimal digits.
