- Leading labor and management culture by shifting to an enterprise union system

□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on the 10th that HF held the Declaration of Harmony of HF Labor and Management to establish a new labor and management culture. <photo attached>

□ HF labor and management agreed to work together to provide high-quality housing finance services to the public based on mutual trust and cooperation.

□ CEO Kim said, "We will do our best to adhere to laws and principles, respect legitimate union activities, and create an amicable working environment for employees."

□ Union head Im Jae-Dong said, "The labor union will cooperate with management in implementing strategies and initiatives to accomplish the establishment objectives of HF. The labor-management task force team for establishment of the performance-based annual salary system underway should make its best efforts to realize objectivity in evaluation."

□ Last July, HF seceded from an association of labor unions representing the financial industry and transformed its union into an enterprise union.
