HF Selected for Excellence in Balanced HR Management

- Ministry of Personnel Management honors HF for its efforts to promote socially equitable hiring and equal opportunities  

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) stated on the 12th that it won the Minister of Personnel Management's Award for its exemplary practices at the Government-Wide Best Balanced Hiring Practice Sharing Contest  hosted by the Ministry of Personnel Management.    

Having introduced the Contest last year to recognize and disseminate outstanding balanced employment practices, the Ministry of Personnel Management held this year's ceremony on the 7th for a wide range of public sector bodies, including local governments and public institutions.     

During the Contest, which was held online via video conferencing to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, HF presented its best public-sector practices in balanced hiring to the audience under the title of ‘Promoting Socially Equitable Employment and Equal Opportunities.’

An HF official said, “We are glad that our balanced hiring efforts, such as recruiting among minority and socially vulnerable groups and operating a reasonable personnel management system, have been highly recognized. We will continue our dedicated efforts to create social value through our distinguished balanced hiring practices.”
