□ On February 1, KHFC launched the 30-year fixed-rate  bogeumjari loan.  It is being offered to broaden home buyers' choice of products and ease their repayment burdens.

Considering the funding cost and credit risk involved in super long-term 30-year loans, the interest rate was set at 6.85%, which is only slightly higher (50 basis points) than the current interest rate on bogeumjari loans maturing in less than 20 years (6.8% as of Jan. 23, 2006),
