□ On January 26, KHFC issued KRW 380.0 billion in this year's first KHFC MBS (issue 2006-1).

In this issuance, mortgage loans extended by 17 financial institutions, including Hana Bank, in 2005 and in possession of KHFC were used as underlying assets. 

The interest rates for MBS maturing in one, three, five, 10, and 15 years are  4.71%, 5.21%, 5.55%, 5.79%, and 5.91%, respectively.
