□ KHFC announced that the interest rate on mortgage loans (bogeumjari loans) would be raised 0.30%p from the current 6.50% p.a. to 6.80% p.a. because of the increase in the target policy call rate and the general rise in yields on long-term bonds.  The increased rate will apply to new loans beginning January 28.
