HF recognized by MOEF for its outstanding youth internship program

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Choi Joon-Woo) stated on the 16th that it has been selected as one of the 2023 ‘Public Institutions with Excellent Youth Internship Programs’ by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The Ministry chose ten exceptional institutions to acknowledge their commitment and achievements in operating effective youth internship programs and share their best practices. HF was honored for its dedication to improving the job skills of young interns by ▲ offering job seeker-friendly recruitment methods like video interviews and ▲ assigning practical tasks focused on day-to-day financial operations.

An HF official said, “We consider the internship experience at HF to be both valuable and meaningful for job seekers to enhance their professional skills. We are committed to developing a need-oriented youth internship program that reflects the perspectives of young job seekers.”

Currently, HF operates the ‘HF Youth Intern Program,’ aimed at offering young interns practical job experience by leading them through sequential tasks from the beginning to end of their internship.
