Korea Housing Finance Corporation Launches Research Institute

- HF begins groundwork for a research institute specializing in housing finance

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Seo Jong-dae) launched the Korea Housing Finance Research Institute (HFRI) with the aim of developing it into a research center specializing in housing finance.

□ FRI to bolster HF’s public function as guardian of the housing finance market

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Seo Jong-dae) announced on March 2 that it launched the Korea Housing Finance Research Institute (HFRI) to respond proactively to global and domestic economic trends and to strengthen its public role as the custodian of the housing finance market.

HF held a signboard-hanging ceremony for the HFRI at the HF headquarters in Namdaemun-ro, Seoul, on March 2, the Corporation’s 8th founding anniversary.

"HFRI will become the leading research institute in Korea when it comes to publishing studies and statistics related to the housing finance sector", said President Seo. "It will help us contribute more to the development of the housing finance market".
