KHFC Offers KRW244.8 Billion in Bogeumjari Loans in April

 KHFC provided KRW244.8 billion in bogeumjari loans in April 2007.  E-mortgage loans, offered online, accounted for KRW105.9 billion, or 43.3% of all April bogeumjari lending.

 KRW1.0165 trillion in bogeumjari loans was provided from January through the end of April 2007.  This includes e-mortgage loans, which accounted for KRW517.9 billion, or 50.9%.

 Since no change is expected in current government policy on real estate, end-users are taking a wait-and-see stance, causing bogeumjari loan issuance in April to dip slightly.
