HF roll out an internal recruiter training program

- To ensure fair hiring by tapping into the right talents and nurturing their recruiting capacity


Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) announced on 27th of April that it launches an internal professional recruiter program to foster internal recruiters and tap into the resources for fair hiring process.


To this end, HF adopts the ’Professional Recruiter Qualification Process’ and held the training courses for thirteen HF employees* selected to serve as recruiters for HF fair and right hiring. The courses cover the case studies on the hiring trend and related issues, simulation interviews and written tests, etc.

 * The courses were led by ‘Korea Right Recruitment Certification Authority’

 **HF selected employees to make a recruiter pool, whose related job-interviewer skills to be nurtured by the program.


The courses are a certification training course where attendees learn how to proceed the recruitment process in a fair and effective manner as per the standard hiring process. The HF employees who completed the course are set to join the HF recruiting process from this year as internal professional recruiters.


HF said, “We hope the participants found the training program helpful in learning the interviewer skills for fair hiring. As qualified internal interviewers as well as external interviewers are prerequisites to hire qualified talents, we will roll out the related training courses on a continuous basis.”


In the meantime, HF efforts for fair hiring have been recognised by the government, as demonstrated by its award and citation records in the fair and blind hiring contests; Minister of Economy and Finance’s Prize (2019), Minister of Education’s Prize (2020), Minister of Employment and Labor’s Award (2021) and Minister Award from Ministry of Personnel Management (2022)
