HF enhances housing conditions of vulnerable children
- HF provides sustained support through Child Fund for home renovations, medical expense coverage, and scholarships
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Choi Joon-Woo) actively supports children in vulnerable households by covering housing renovation expenses, medical bills, and scholarships, under the aim of enhancing their living conditions.
On July 27, HF announced that it had provided 'HF Happy House' donations to children and teenagers from households headed by grandparents, those affected by rare and incurable diseases, and young individuals supporting their own households, as selected by Child Fund (President Hwang Young-Gi) <see the image below>.
The donations will be used to cover ▲ home renovations for enhanced living conditions, ▲ medical expenses, and ▲ scholarships.
Additionally, HF has partnered with Child Fund to produce videos illustrating the challenges faced by households in need, creating a channel for both HF employees and the general public to participate voluntarily in donations.
CEO Choi Joon-Woo of HF remarked, “This donation initiative holds significant meaning, as it blends HF's core commitment to housing with Child Fund’s core focus on child welfare. We remain committed to ongoing support for vulnerable households.”
