□ E-mortgage Loans Exceed KRW 100 Billion in Two Months since  Launch

 The supply of e-mortgage loans, which became available via LG Card on June 29, is growing quickly. Cumulative issuance reached KRW 108 billion on August 31 (KRW 126 billion as of September 7). In July alone, KHFC provided KRW 47.2 billion in e-mortgage loans, which accounts for 36.9% of the total supply (KRW 127.8 billion). In August, KRW 60.8 billion in e-mortgage loans was provided, 43.6% of all loans facilitated (KRW 139.4 billion). E-mortgage loans are the main driver of the rebound in bogeumjari loans.
