Interest Rate on Bogeumjari Loans Increased by 0.35%p
KHFC increased the interest rate on bogeumjari loans (long-term, fixed-rate mortgage loans) by 35%p as of July 30 in accordance with the rising trend of long-term bond rates.
Accordingly, the interest rates on bogeumjari loans will rise from the current 6.15% (10-year maturity) ~ 6.40% (30-year maturity) per annum to 6.50% ~ 6.75% per annum depending on maturity.
The new rates were applied to bogeumjari loans newly facilitated from July 30 onward.

Since launching bogeumjari loans in March 2004, KHFC had adjusted the interest rates on its bogeumjari loans upward or downward a total of eight times before this most recent interest rate adjustment, which represents its ninth.
