Reverse Mortgage Guarantee IT System Developed

 On April 10, KHFC announced that it had selected Samsung SDS as a priority negotiating partner for a KRW2.6 billion IT system development project for the reverse mortgage guarantee business.

 SK-C&C and Hyundai Information Technology had also submitted proposals for the project, but Samsung SDS was selected at the final review.  About 40 specialists will be assigned to complete the first phase of the guarantee system development by mid-July.

 This will be an IT system for the reverse mortgage loan business, which assures the livelihood of home-owning retirees.  Using their homes as collateral, it functions as a pension paid out to home owners aged 65 or older until death.
