Bucheon and Iksan Collection Management Centers Newly Opened

In an effort to step up its indemnity right recovery and management function, KHFC recently opened collection management centers in Bucheon (Gyeonggi-do) and Iksan (Jeollabuk-do).

Iksan Collection Management Center, which looks after Chungcheong and Honam regions, and Bucheon Collection and Management Center, which is in charge of the capital region apart from Seoul, held opening ceremonies and launched full-scale operations on 18th (Tuesday) and 20th (Thursday) March, respectively.

As a result, KHFC now operates four collection management centers, including those in Seoul and Busan. It plans to improve the efficiency of NPL management by centralizing to these regional collection management centers the indemnity right recovery matters that were previously undertaken by 12 branches throughout Korea.

In particular, branches will focus on marketing activities, including bogeumjari loans, JooTaekYeonKeum and housing credit guarantee, while indemnity right management affairs will be centralized to collection management centers to double the sales effectiveness of KHFC.
