KHFCs gift of charcoal briquets provides warmth to the needy

- KHFC Labor Union delivers briquets to low-income households in
Donbong-dong, Seoul -
On February 9, 2010 (prior to the Lunar New Year holiday), the
labor union of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (KHFC, CEO Joo-jae Lim)
took part in a volunteer event, delivering charcoal briquets to low-income
households and seniors living alone. CEO Joo-jae Lim, labor union leader
Myung-do Jeon, and KHFC staff donated 10,000 briquets and New Year’s gifts to
the Seoul office of the Korea Red Cross, and visited seniors living alone in
the Angol area of Dobong-dong, Seoul to deliver the briquets. (See photo)
