"HF supports job creation for disadvantaged people"

-Sign the "365 Agreement on taking care of the disadvantaged class" with the Working Together Foundation-

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Jong-dae Seo) announced on December 15 that it would sign the "365 Agreement on taking care of the disadvantaged class" with the Working Together Foundation. This agreement, the second of its kind following last year, aims to create jobs for the alienated class and support caring services.

HF plans to offer a more systematic and broader support by expanding the number of project management agencies from the existing one to three through this agreement. In addition, HF will take the lead in implementing government-encouraged policies by selecting social and female-owned companies as project management agencies.

"As a public agency, we will commit ourselves to corporate social responsibility by linking job creation to social responsibility activities and exploring ways to co-prosper along with the communities," said HF CEO Jong-dae Seo. "HF will play an active role as a social safety net for underprivileged people not benefiting from the welfare system."

Meanwhile, HF, in partnership with the Working Together Foundation, plans to provide social service jobs to the less fortunate class including low-income and middle aged women and continue to support caring services for the alienated class including the elderly, pregnant women and disabled people.
