U-Bogeumjari loan applications to be taken on weekends

- Customer opinions received through the u-Bogeumjari Loan Improvement Idea Contest

On July 20, the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (KHFC, CEO Seo Jong-dae) announced the results of the

u-Bogeumjari Loan Improvement Idea Contest on its website (www.hf.go.kr). As part of continuing efforts to enhance customer convenience, KHFC will take action on customer opinions and further improve the u-Bogeumjari loan program.

The winning proposal suggested that those making partial repayment of their loan be able to check the amount of the principal they should pay the following month on KHFC’s website. ‘Allowing borrowers to change the repayment date’ and ‘receiving u-Bogeumjari loan applications on weekends’ were also selected as outstanding ideas.
