u-Bogeumjari Loan now available at savings banks

HF expands the sales network for the u-Bogeumjari Loan to savings banks from the 17th

Starting from the 17th, the “u-Bogeumjari Loan” will also be offered at savings banks.
* The u-Bogeumjari Loan is a fixed-rate instrument with a maturity of 10-30 years. Loan applications and consultations can be made online; the interest rate stands at an annual 4.05-4.3% as of June 2014.

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) announced on the 13th that the u-Bogeumjari Loan, its key long-term fixed-rate mortgage loan product, will become available at 20 savings banks starting the 17th. This makes it possible for hopeful applicants to get the loan not just at commercial banks and insurers but also at savings banks.

“Different interest rates have been applied to consumers according to their credit ratings when making mortgage loans at savings banks, but now they can tap into the u-Bogeumjari Loan, which applies the same interest rate regardless of their credit ratings,” said one HF official.
