by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
□ The top position was the outcome of its rigorous efforts to ensure customer-friendly, easy-to-use services
through customer service training.
□ An HF official said,“We will double our efforts in raising our service standards and enhancing our customer
experience management system to become a true partner who takes care of housing finance for housing
stability through a financially secure retirement.”
□ This year's KSQI covers 111 companies and public agencies in 26 industrial sectors, and its service evaluation
team visited HF offices and customer centers in Seoul and the five other major South Korean cities of Incheon,
Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, and Busan to assess HF customer services in 11 categories, including ▲ customer-
friendliness, ▲ job knowledge, ▲ customer consideration, and ▲ proactive services.
