“HF opens K-MBS, a comprehensive MBS disclosure system”

- K-MBS provides a full range of MBS information such as MBS trade data -

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on the 31st that it has opened  K-MBS,
its MBS disclosure portal, on the 31st in order to provide customers with a comprehensive range of MBS information.
     * K-MBS: It stands for 'Korea MBS,’ which represents the nation's MBSs. Its web address is http://kmbs.hf.go.kr.

K-MBS will offer: a systematic disclosure of call options exercised for MBSs; MBS trade data; detailed information
on underlying assets; information on the future cash flow of underlying assets under different early payment scenarios;
and time-series statistical information.

An HF official said, “With the launch of our MBS disclosure portal, K-MBS, we will provide advanced
and customized disclosure of MBS information.”

Additionally, HF held a K-MBS demonstration for MBS investors at the Korea Federation of Banks on December 9, 2015.
