□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) CEO Kim Jae-Chun stated in his New Year's address, “HF will
further develop key businesses that will drive future growth through sound management.”
□ Mr. Kim added, “We should enhance the efficiency and expertise of each of our business divisions and
strengthen our business capacity to the highest level through quality growth.”He went on to say,“To this end,
we need to focus on improving the interest rate competitiveness of our public-fund mortgage loans,
revitalizing the MBS distribution market, enhancing the function of our housing guarantee business, and
reinforcing the basis of our JTYK mortgage loan business.”
□ He added, “As macroeconomic uncertainty is high in 2016 due to a possible US interest rate hike and the
nation's sluggish economy, we should put all our efforts towards financial soundness and risk management. To
advance our organizational culture, we need to revisit the existing performance evaluation and HR
management systems and promote communication at the same time.”
