HF Provides SW Education as Part of Its Government 3.0 Efforts

- HF offers SW lessons to elementary schools selected by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning and the Ministry of Education
□ HF is going to provide software lessons for elementary students.
□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on the 27th that it will offer ‘Software (SW) Education for a Shared Future Hope’ at Yongso Elementary School in Busan from September 28 to 30, 2016. As part of HF's efforts to pursue collaboration as recommended by the Government 3.0 Initiative, HF is going to offer the education program to the Busan elementary school, which is one of the ‘2016 SW Leading Schools’ selected by the Ministry of Science, ICT, and Future Planning and the Ministry of Education early this year.
□ These lessons will be led by HF software development personnel, who will teach students about mobile applications popular with kids and help them create a simple mobile application.
□ An HF official said, “We hope that this SW education will be of help to the local community. We will continue this education program to build a shared future.”
□ Last year, HF provided the voluntary SW education to the New Light Christian Orphanage in Yongho-dong, Busan.
