HF Presents a Thanksgiving Celebration for Seniors Living Alone

- In celebration of the 9th anniversary of JooTaekYeonKeum (JTYK), HF offers a lunch and performances for JTYK subscribers
 
□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) stated that it held an event to celebrate the 9th anniversary of its JooTaekYeonKeum (JTYK)* reverse mortgage program with some JTYK subscribers living alone and the agency's Honorary Ambassador at the Sejong Center for Performing Arts, Seoul, on the 9th <See the image below>.
* Launched in July 2007, JooTaekYeonKeum (JTYK) is a state-guaranteed reverse mortgage loan in which senior citizens 60 years of age or older provide their owned home as collateral and receive living expenses for their post-retirement life in the form of monthly pension benefits either for the rest of their life or for a certain period of time.
 
□ The ceremonial event was attended by about 120 JTYK subscribers living alone in the Seoul Metropolitan area. These participants were chosen from those who are in their 60s and 70s and subscribed to JTYK between July 2011 and June 2016.
 
□ Also in attendance were actor and HF Honorary Ambassador Choi Bul-Am, President Gyung-Sook Sohn of the Korea Association of Community Senior Clubs, and Secretary General Do-Hoon Kim of the Korea Association of Senior Welfare Centers.
 
□ HF CEO Kim Jae-Chun said at the event, “I want to thank you for having supported our growth. HF will continue its efforts to make JooTaekYeonKeum a reliable partner for our senior citizens.”
