- As part of its Government 3.0 Initiative, HF Call Center issues loan documents



□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced that from the 27th, its u-Bogeumjari

    Loan and Didimdol Loan customers will be able to receive a letter of confirmation of financial transactions, a

    certificate of interest paid, and other loan documents via fax with a single phone call.



□ Up until now, HF loan documents* have been issued only via its homepage (www.hf.go.kr) or at HF branch

    offices. With the launch of this new customer-friendly service, borrowers can have their documents faxed to

    them with just one call to the HF Call Center (1688-8114).

 * Documents that can be faxed: a letter of confirmation of a loan paid in full, a letter of confirmation of financial

   transactions, a certificate of interest paid, and a certificate of debt



□ This service is available only when customers make a phone call to the Call Center in person. In cases where

    they wish to have their agent or representative, except financial institutions, apply for any of the above 

    documents, the agent or representative must visit an HF branch office to be issued the documents. However,

    financial institutions may receive such documents via fax if they apply for them directly via the u-Center (043-

    299-2806).



□ An HF official said, “As part of the Government 3.0 Initiative, HF offers one-stop personalized service to our 

   customers. With loan documents ready to be faxed with just one phone call, our customers will enjoy greater 

   convenience.”
