- Rated as an outstanding institution for seventh consecutive year

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on the 8th that HF was rated as a first-grade institution in the integrity evaluation of public institutions for 2016.

The Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission conducted the annual integrity evaluation through internal/external customer surveys for 606 public institutions, including public service-related organizations, central administrative agencies, local governments, and education offices, and announced the results on the 7th.

HF has strived to comply with ethics policy by establishing an anti-corruption integrity task force team and publishing its guidelines in line with the enforcement of the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act. As a result of these efforts, in the integrity evaluation of public institutions, HF obtained 8.86 points out of 10, 0.69 points higher than an average of 8.17 points for all public service-related organizations. It also held the second rank among 42 public institutions of the same type and the third rank among all 606 public institutions evaluated.

CEO Kim said, "This achievement is especially gratifying because it is the result of all employees and officers raising awareness of the need to root out corruption and implementing policies against structured plans since the beginning of the year. We will not be complacent about being an outstanding public institution with regard to anti-corruption efforts over these past seven years and will instead take the lead in spreading anti-corruption culture inside and outside the corporation."

Since 2010, HF has been rated as an outstanding public institution for anti-corruption every year, always garnering the first or second grade in overall integrity.
