Personalized Home Financing Information More Readily Available

- The Ansim JuMoney app renewed with custom search and alert services 

□ Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on January 10, 2017, that it is unveiling new enhancements made to its mobile app 'Ansim JuMoney.' The new features include a personalized search function and interest rate alerts.

□ The newly added features enable consumers to easily search and compare commercial mortgages. In particular, a new？？product of interest' feature allows them to set personal preferences for mortgage rates, terms, and repayment options, helping them find the best deal for them. Another new feature offers alert services, giving users notifications of house sales by area and the minimum deposit required for the highest priority to subscribe for a new apartment unit to be built. The Ansim JuMoney app also allows users to share these search results and information with their friends via the nation's most popular mobile messaging app Kakao Talk.

□ Existing Ansim JuMoney users can enjoy the new features simply by updating the app. Those who are interested in the app may download the renewed app for free from the App Store* or the Play Store and use it right away without any subscription process.

    * For iPhone users, the renewed app will become available for download in the App Store from mid-January due to Apple's app approval process.

□ An HF official said, "We have made updates to the Ansim JuMoney app in order to encourage our existing and new users to use it. These new features are part of our efforts to better assist our customers with various services."

□ The app reached a cumulative total of over 350,000 downloads at the end of last year. The app offers users a 0.02%p rate discount coupon for Bogeumjari loans.
