HF Holds the Undergraduate (Graduate) Student Research Paper Competition

-  Winners receive preferential treatment when applying for an HF position

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) said on the 29th that it will hold the 4th Undergraduate (Graduate) Student Research Paper Competition to seek creative ideas that relate to its housing finance business. 

This Competition is open to any four-year college (or graduate school) students who work as individuals or groups of no more than three students.

Those interested can download the application form from the HF website (www.hf.go.kr) or the HF Research Center website (new.hf.go.kr/researcher) and submit it via mail or email (hfresearch@hf.go.kr) from May 29 to August 4, 2017. All research papers must be submitted from August 7 to 11, 2017.

Among the research papers submitted, HF will select five papers: ▲ one Grand Prize winner (a prize of KRW 5 million), ▲ two Excellence Award winners (a prize of KRW 2 million each), and ▲ two Participation Award winners (a prize of KRW 500,000 each). The winners will also receive preferential treatment if they apply for a position in HF.
    * The preferential treatment is offered once during the paper screening process (within three years from winning the competition).

An HF official said, "Amid the growing importance of our home financing products, such as JooTaekYeonKeum products, Bogeumjari Loans, and other housing finance products, this competition will serve as an excellent opportunity to explore the creative ideas of college and graduate school students on changing housing trends, housing finance, and other various themes.”
