JTYK Monthly Payments Adjusted Upward Once Withdrawals Are Repaid
- Adjustment amount depends on the amount repaid
- Adjustment offered only one time after submitting application to HF and the applicable withdrawal is paid back
For JTYK subscribers who have made a withdrawal* and paid it back, their monthly payments will be adjusted back upward.
* Withdrawal: Withdrawals made from time to time from the maximum reverse mortgage limit set at the time of JTYK subscription for medical expenses, tuition fees, mortgage repayment, etc.
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Kim Jae-Chun) announced on October 30, 2017, that from the 30th, JTYK subscribers with withdrawals will have their JTYK monthly payments adjusted back upward when they repay their withdrawals, interest payments and guarantee fees.
This will also apply to JTYK subscribers who have repaid withdrawals before the 30th. For those with withdrawals, the upward adjustment of JTYK monthly payments is offered only one time.
In order to repay withdrawals and get the amount of their monthly payment adjusted to the original level, JYTK subscribers should submit an application to a nearby HF branch office first and then visit the applicable financial institution to repay the withdrawals. No adjustment is offered when withdrawals are repaid without an application submitted to HF.
