HF Recruits 50 New Staff for the Second Half of the Year

- HF strengthens equality in recruitment, embracing people with disabilities; local talents; and patriots, veterans, and their bereaved relatives

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) said on the 22nd that it will recruit 50 new employees for the second half of this year.

It will hire ▲ 48 college graduates or those with similar qualifications for 38 administrative positions and 10 information systems positions and ▲ two high school graduates. It will allocate over 35% of the new positions for those from regions other than the Seoul metropolitan area. In particular, it will set aside over 18% of them for those from the Busan area. It will also reserve 12% of the recruitment for those with disabilities and the nation’s patriots, veterans, and their bereaved family members to promote equality in its recruitment process.

Applicants for the college graduate positions will go through two rounds of a written test and an interview, while those applying for the high school graduate positions will be shortlisted through resume screening and an interview.

Applications will be open at its webpage (https://hf.trns.kr) through September 5, 2018, and the selected finalists will begin working at HF at the end of November.

An HF official said, “We will make our hiring process more fair through a competency-based blind recruitment system. We will fulfill our social responsibility as a public organization by increasing socially fair and equal employment opportunities.”
