HF Hosts Workshop with the Housing Finance Institutions of Six Asian Countries

- It shares its know-how with officials from the six institutions with which it has signed an MOU

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) announced on November 11, 2018, that it invited officials from the housing finance institutions of six Asian nations for a workshop to be held until the 14th.  

The workshop was attended by 12 officials from the housing finance institutions with which HF has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). Since 2016, HF has signed an MOU with the institutions of the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia. At the workshop, HF will introduce its ▲state-sponsored mortgage business operation and related products, ▲securitization process, ▲underlying asset management, ▲ housing guarantees and JTYK work process. 

An HF official said, “We will use this event to maintain working cooperative relationships with the housing finance institutions of the six Asian nations and will continue to expand our international exchange efforts, such as sharing our housing finance know-how.”

HF invited officials from its overseas counterparts with which it has signed an MOU for a workshop on how to boost the housing finance and MBS markets.
