HF Honored with the FCA Grand Award for Protecting Financial Consumers
- The FCA recognized HF's efforts as a public-sector organization to protect financial consumers and promote their interests
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) announced on December 7, 2018, that it received the Grand Award in the public-sector category at the Financial Consumers Awards of the Year held by the Financial Consumer Agency on the 6th.
HF received the award for improving its customer complaint resolution process, protecting the interests of financial consumers through swift and active complaint resolution, and in turn, contributing to enhancing consumer interests.
An HF official said, “We have worked to protect financial consumers by introducing a mobile registered mail service and reflecting customer opinions received at our webpage and call centers in our business management. We will continue to improve our services from the perspective of promoting consumer interests.”
