The corps, which greeted the 8th anniversary this year, consists of 33 college students, and will carry out various CSR activities to make the local communities more vibrant and liveable. The Corps is divided into three, teams of housing welfare, senior welfare and community welfare, each of which will devise and roll out its own plans and implement them until the end of this year.

Along with the kick-off ceremony, HF staff and executives participated in the ‘COOL-LOOP CSR Activities’* with the young volunteers to ease off the heat pressure on residence of the socio-economically disadvantaged in the local communities, making the ceremony all the more meaningful.

HF said, “We appreciate all the youth corps members, who took a time out of their busy schedule for studying and others. Going forward, HF will continuously fulfill its social responsibilities, helping the local communities in need.”

Since its inception in 2016, the ’HF Youth Corps’ has engaged in various social activities, including ‘Indoor Gardening(planting) for living-alone seniors’, ‘Painting village walls’ and ‘Financial education for multi-cultural families’
