HF Hires New Staff for 2019 H2


- HF to hire 20% of its new employees from the Busan area, application period open until July 21 


Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) announced on June 28, 2019, that it will hire 58 new staff members for the second half of the year through competency-based blind recruitment.  


It will hire ▲51 college graduates or those with similar qualifications for 44 administrative positions and seven information systems positions; ▲ two high school graduates; and ▲ five flexible part-time positions. It will allocate ▲35% of the new positions for those from regions other than the Seoul metropolitan area and ▲ 21% of the new positions for those from the Busan area. In addition, it will reserve three administrative positions and one information systems position for national patriots, veterans, and their bereaved family members to promote equality in its recruitment process. It will also offer preferential treatment to those with disabilities or on the Basic Livelihood Security program under the relevant laws and regulations.  


Applicants for the college-graduate and flexible part-time positions will go through two rounds of a written test and an interview, while those applying for the high-school-graduate positions will be shortlisted through resume screening and an interview.


Applications will be open at its webpage (https://hf.trns.kr) through July 12, 2019, and the selected finalists will begin working at HF at the end of September.
