HF Leads Efforts to Boost the Local Economy 

- HF signs MOU with Busan Furniture Industry Cooperative to help it develop sales channels

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) announced on July 29, 2019, that it signed the “MOU on Support for Sales Channel Development and Local Economy Stimulation” with Busan Furniture Industry Cooperative (Chief Director Park Chan-Won) at Busan International Finance Center in Munhyeongeumyung-ro, Busan. 

Under the MOU, HF will work with the Cooperative to build a network for furniture shoppers, helping them purchase high-quality, locally manufactured furniture recommended by the Cooperative and stimulating the local economy as a result. 

As part of its efforts to revitalize the local and social economy, HF launched the Save Your Neighborhood Bookstore Campaign jointly with Busan Bookstores’ Cooperative last December. It also signed an MOU with Busan Social Economic Distribution Center this May to promote the public procurement of products and services offered by social enterprises.
