HF Extends Thanks to JTYK Subscribers 

HF celebrates the 12th anniversary of JTYK with various cultural and other events

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) announced on the 1st that it held a ceremony to celebrate the 12th anniversary of JooTaekYeonKeum (JTYK)* with its subscribers and honorary ambassadors at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Seoul.

    * JooTaekYeonKeum (JTYK) is a state-guaranteed reverse mortgage loan in which senior citizens 60 years of age or older provide their owned home as collateral and receive living expenses for their post-retirement life in the form of monthly pension benefits either for the rest of their life or for a certain period of time.

Attended by around 100 honorary JTYK ambassadors and subscribers, the ceremony began with handing out a plaque of appreciation to entertainer Choi Bul-Am, one of the honorary ambassadors, for promoting the reverse mortgage program. The awarding ceremony was followed by a four-line poem contest and performances. 

HF CEO Lee Jung-Hwan said, “We’ve prepared this ceremony to express our appreciation to those who have striven for the spread of our JTYK program. We will continue to ensure that more senior citizens enjoy a happy and healthy retirement via our JTYK reverse mortgage scheme.”
