Happy New Year’s Holiday with JTYK

- Promoting JTYK, HF hands out rice cakes to home-goers

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) stated on January 23, 2020, that it held an event to promote JooTaekYeonKeum* at Busan Station in celebration of the New Year’s holiday. 

   * JooTaekYeonKeum (JTYK) is a state-guaranteed reverse mortgage loan in which senior citizens 60 years of age or older provide their owned home as collateral and receive living expenses for their post-retirement life in the form of monthly pension benefits either for the rest of their life or for a certain period of time.

During the event, HF staff handed out promotional booklets on JTYK and rice cake gifts to travelers heading home for the holidays, extending their New Year’s greetings. They also offered gifts to those who took a photo in front of the JTYK billboard installed at Busan Station and shared it on a social networking site.

HF CEO Lee Jung-Hwan said, “We wish you a happy New Year’s holiday with your family. HF will continue to strengthen the role of JTYK as a retirement safety net, ensuring that more senior citizens enjoy a happy retirement.”
