Housing Finance at a Glance: From the Past to the Future

- HF unveils the ‘Housing Finance Archive’ exhibition hall

- Open every Wednesday afternoon, the facility provides photocopies of records and publications

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Lee Jung-Hwan) stated on June 10, 2020, that it opened the ‘Housing Finance Archive’ exhibition hall, which makes historical and evidential materials relating to housing finance accessible to the public.

Divided into the three sections of the Past, the Present, and the Future and under the theme ‘The History of Housing Finance in Korea,’ the Archive sheds light on the history and heritage of housing finance and HF and invites visitors to ponder the future of housing finance in Korea.

The Housing Finance Archive houses some 1,090 Korean and foreign housing finance records and displays the timeline of housing finance, presenting a historical overview in one glance. The Archive was originally built for internal use, but it is now open to the general public, giving visitors access to ▲ audio and visual records, ▲ publications, and ▲ materials on specialized research topics and allowing them to photocopy textual materials.

For those who schedule a visit on the HF webpage (www.hf.go.kr), the Archive* is open every Wednesday (except all public holidays) from 2pm to 6pm.
