HF Launched its Next-Generation IT System,‘HI-ON’


- Accelerates underwriting by est. 5 days with automatic document notification 


Korea Housing Finance Corporation(HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) unveiled the launch of ‘HI-ON’, its next-generation IT system on July 20, adding a new dimension to customer services in housing finance. 


HF HI-ON information system enhances customer conveniences with various functions; non-contact housing finance platform, customer-oriented internet and mobile electronic finance system, digitalized documentation from application to post management process, the ?HF-Pedia?* system and the next-generation system configuring Smart UI/UX.** 

* Integrated knowledge information system that enables one-click search & browsing related decrees, bylaws, operation manuals, document formats, laying a platform for expedited and accurate customer service. 

** With a linear menu array and browsing/display configuration tailored for the work-process, the system offers user-friendly search for accelerated operation, in alignment with other systems.

   

The next generation system represents the completed phase of non-contact housing finance platform that HF set out to build in 2011 with the release of u-Bogeumjari loans. In particular, the platform is designed in consideration of user interface, which allows customers to go through all the process by themselves* from application, documents submission, supplementation and to the final approval phase, without visiting a HF branch.

* Customers can access to the system via electronic finance application, where they can check the mortgage application process, submit documents, modify input where necessary, and field information request from HF, regardless of HF business hours.

     

In addition, the system automatically informs each customer of document submission, thereby considerably expediting the underwriting process. With the pilot adoption of  ODS*(Out Door Sales) system to allow customers freely use electronic signing, it greatly enhanced customer convenience as well. 

* The Pilot adoption of the system at some HF branches began with some of debt obligation management (debt relief, redemption in installments), which is planned to be expanded to cover Korean Home Pension process, including on-spot counselling service.
