HF Opens North Gyeonggi Branch Office

- The new office covers the cities of Goyang (east and west Ilsan only), Paju, and Yeoncheon in Gyeonggi Province

- With its network of 26 branches and 1 center, HF delivers greater consumer convenience

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Choi Joon-Woo) revealed on September 10 that it will open its new North Gyeonggi branch office* on September 13, 2021. The new branch office will start conducting business that day, making HF housing finance services more accessible to existing and potential customers in northern Gyeonggi Province.

  * Location: 10F, Jaeneung Education Building, 1066 Jungang-ro, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do 

The North Gyeonggi branch office will cover the cities of Goyang (east and west Ilsan districts only), Paju, and Yeoncheon in Gyeonggi Province. It will offer ▲ Bogeumjari loans, ▲ Home Pension, ▲ jeonse loan guarantees, ▲ loan guarantees for new apartment buyers, and ▲ loan guarantees for home builders. 

  * Deokyang District, Goyang, will remain under the coverage of the Central Seoul branch office. 

An HF officer said, “Our customers in the northern Gyeonggi area had to come all the way to Seoul for housing finance services. Now that the North Gyeonggi branch office has opened, they can enjoy our products and services with greater ease.” He added, “We will do our best to address their difficulties and improve their housing welfare.”

With the new office open, HF now has 26 branch offices in addition to the NPL Center.
