To avoid gatherings and high-density activities amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, HF utilized various metaverse platforms, including Gather Town and ifland, for its new hire orientation training, from team-building activities to staff dining.

HF CEO Choi said in his remarks at the training completion ceremony held in the metaverse, “Although it is somewhat regretful that our first meeting is held in this virtual space, I extend my best wishes that you MZers will grow into housing finance specialists and lead our institution into a better future.”

After the completion ceremony, the new hires will be assigned to the HF headquarters and branch offices across the nation and begin their new roles on September 9.
