HF delivers donation for wildfire relief in Donghae coastal areas 

- KRW 30M donated to Community Chest of Korea for recovery and victim relief efforts  

Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Choi Joon Woo) announced on March 10, 2022, that it delivered a donation to support wildfire relief efforts and displaced families in Donghae coastal areas.

HF donated a total of KRW 30 million, including a fund raised voluntarily by its employees, to the Community Chest of Korea (Busan Branch Chairperson Choi Geum Sik). The donation will be used to support the livelihoods of displaced victims and deliver wildfire relief supplies.

HF CEO Choi said, “HF and our employees have joined this donation campaign to ease the suffering of those who have lost their home in the wildfires. HF will continue our ongoing support in consideration of the scale and related damage of the wildfires.”

HF has offered various support programs to help overcome national crises, such as COVID-19 donations in 2020 and 2021, Gangwon Province wildfire relief support in 2019, and Pohang earthquake relief support in 2017.
