HF Taps Young Staff’s Ideas to Reach Out to Customers


- The HF Board of Young Directors distributes its housing finance guide to protect financial consumers

- The guide is available at the HF homepage, YouTube channel, and Facebook account


Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, CEO Choi Joon-Woo) announced on December 8, 2021, that it has created and published its ‘Very Easy Guide to Housing Finance’ to raise the public’s understanding of HF state-sponsored home financing products and provide stronger financial consumer protection.


The housing finance guide is a digital collection of information sheets that offer key highlights from the explanatory documents and credit agreements of HF’s major state-sponsored products, such as its Mortgage, Housing Guarantee, and Home Pension products. The infographics* also feature eye-catching visualizations and QR codes.

  * An infographic, a combination of “information” and “graphic”, refers to a visual representation of a large volume of information using illustrations and other visual features to present the information in an easy, quick, and accurate manner. 

Realized based on a proposal made by the HF Board of Young Directors*, which is made up of 15 young staff members, this Guide is available at HF’s homepage, YouTube channel and Facebook account. HF plans to link the Guide to SMS loan application messages and provide it at its sales outlets, making it readily accessible during the product consultation and application stages as well as delivering it to its customers through various channels. 

  * An HF internal council launched in 2009 to proactively respond to changes and innovation through the inspiring and creative ideas of its young employees
