□ KHFC announced that the volume of mortgage loans (bogeumjari loans) sold last year totaled 4.2192 trillion won (55,758 loans), a 26.6% increase from 3.3320 trillion won (47,841 loans) sold in 2004. Loans sold in December amounted to 143.2 billion won (1,980 loans), roughly the same volume sold in November.
